Get On Your Saddle - Adenium

So this song is pretty much way out of character from my usual, but I'm a big fan of westerns and their themes (Firefly/Serenity ftw!). Upcoming is the remake of the John Wayne film True Grit, and I also recently purchased Red Dead Redemption.

So I decided to try and write a bit of a westerny-rock song. I think the concept is very shallow and the lyrics are paper thin at best. That is why I chose to just use some lyrics as the title instead of an actual decent name.

Vocals are hard to hear, that's my fault for singing to the left of the mic.

@GitFiddler88 Yeah, I kind of tried writing to fit the style, I just felt I could have tried to do a little more with it. For as long as the dumb song is, I say very little. But thank you all the same.

Did you ever get a better recording of this song? This is gold right here. Very much impressed. My only "complaint" is that I thought the bridge drug on for a little too long. If I were writing this, right after you bend that note and are like "yeahhhhhhh", I would have opened up the rhythm guitar and added a killer guitar solo, then back into the chorus, then end the song. But that's just what I would have done. This is awesome stuff dude.
