NH: Manch alderman backs cops on open carry detention

Actually it depends on the state your in. For example in Massachusetts you must show your gun permit upon demand of a Police Officer under state law.

Actually the Declaration of Independence is thee American document. there is no America without that document. The Declaration of Independence is the first and foremost legal document of this country.
