and if your using a DSLR nikon or canon DO NOT USE THE CAR MOUNT WITH THE BATTERY GRIP ON MINE FELL OFF from the camera the battery grip and the gripper was still attached i was on fire it came off right after i took it off the car. if i would have did one more shot my camera would a been toast...

How fast have you driven with Gripper 3025 and a DSLR? They say never go over 35mph but do you think it would hold on up to 140mph?

I just watched another video using a car mount with ridiculously shaky footage. That video was shot on gravel, though. How do you prevent shaky footage with car mounts?!

@davidstonephoto There's not a lot you can do to prevent shaky footage other than shooting wide angle and staying on as smooth a surface as possible.
And I guess you could use stabilization, either in camera or post.

@ewupawly Actually, it's not very shaky- the camera and mount aren't shaking.
Any movement that looks shaky would be the car moving on its suspension as it goes over bumps in the road.
And being mounted behind the front wheel might make it look "shaky" too.

No, I would definitely not drive 140mph with the Gripper, or any other mount that I know of. I've gone up to 45mph, that's all.
