Black Man + White Cop (regardless of evidence) = Guilty (worst combination). If it was a White Woman killing her child it would've been fine. If it was a Black NFL player killing a random person (aslong as it's not a WHITE cop) it would be fine because the NFL player is getting a corporation owned by the white man PAID. To be honest The prosecution relied on witnesses testimony who were given plea bargain to have their charges dropped, and prosecution also digged on Troy Davis past conviction of weapon related charges. and to those who say Troy Davis execution is racist here is the story 5 top Judges were black & 4 were white.

Thats why we say stay away from guns. his past screwed him up at court but that wasnt enough to convict him for morda.

@GuidoBuschwald Actually,there was DNA evidence-one of the victim's blood was found on Davis' clothes in his mother's washing machine,but the evidence was deemed inadmissible as the defense fought and won to have it withheld due to her being under "mental duress".The thing that bothers me with this case and the outcry,is that officer Mark McPhail's family has not been mentioned once-where is the compassion and sympathy for his family?
