TF2 Problem - No servers (FIXED,READ DESCRIPTION)

Here is my problem:
Every time I click "Browse servers" Or
"Start Playing" No servers show up.
If I try connecting to ANY game with the steam servers button (Found in view) It states "Connection failed after 4 retries" Can anyone help? Please help | FIX : Check your Anti-Virus,it might be blocking it.

This is really annoying. All though i see like 60 servers my friend is getting over 3000.
