I'm Holly Fulger from The Core Beauty Workshops and today I want to talk to you about skin care.
If you don't have good skin care, you don't have good skin. Now, I'm over 40 (actually WAY over 40) and I was given something to try by a friend of mine.
I want to share a little story with you:
I did not have good skin for years. And as an actress, when you don't have good skin, it's really, really bad.
I was doing an episode of CSI and when you go into the makeup trailer at 5 or 6 in the morning and your skin's not looking good, it's truly horrible and embarrassing.
(It was actually beyond embarrassing, it was humiliating.)
My skin was peeling, it was breaking out, I didn't know what was wrong with my skin, I'd been trying anything and everything I could.
I sat in the makeup chair and the makeup artist looked and my skin and said "Oooh. You're skin's not looking not very good."
They tried to work around it and cover the blemishes, and it's terrible. It was embarrassing.
I finished the episode and soon after that I was hired for a Disney film called Zenon, Girl of the 21st century. The woman who produced it, Suzanne Coston, gave me some products to try ~ and it was Arbonne, the RE9 system.
