Saxon did pretty good. Maiden, Priest, Saxon, Ozzy, and Def Leppard are the best British metal bands around!

@skepticalvision Saxon goes back to 1970 as Blue Condition and S.O.B, the 2 bands merged into Son Of A Bitch in 1976 and changed their name to Saxon in 1977-78. But Priest is deffo an early influence on Saxon.

dont forget SAXON did this for the PRIEST tribute cd,,,,and its a great job too,just as many people aknowledge that some parts are better than the original, i dont think SAXON tried to top the original, just do a version and make it different, beleive me if SAXON wanted to make it even better they could because they are awesome musicians just like JUDAS PRIEST.
