John Howard is one of the most famous of all cyclists in the world. He has been competing for decades and now has taken his knowledge and counsels other individuals through his company, John Howard Performance Sports. As part of his programs of cycling training John Howard recognizes the importance of supplementing the diet with vitamins & minerals as well as using protein supplements.   • This video was great. I met John before and he is a truely great athlete. I have used the Supreme liquid formula for several years. It is an outstanding product.The value in pill form of the ingredients in the supreme would well be over $200, whereas the Supreme is less than 25% of that amount. It is an excellent product!!
