The debate here is why should Muslins have their own law?
We live in Britain we have 1 law for everyone...should we be allowing other laws and courts to be established?
Following on from this debate...who funds these courts, who watches over them and regulates or enforces them etc. Questions like these have to be answered.
If the Muslims have one will the Hindu's, Christians, Jews etc all want their own as well?

Jews have had their own courts in the UK since early in the 18th. century. That is conveniently overlooked by anti-mulsim bigots, or people are completely ignorant of this fact.
Neither the Beth Din (i.e. the Jews courts) or Sharia courts can (or want to) decide on criminal matters, and all parties have to consent to use these courts.
As to funding these courts: Any costs (which are next to nothing, or nothing at all), are born by the parties involved.

First I have never heard of Jewish courts, who regulates and enforces the outcomes etc?

The Beth Din (Jewish courts) has been in the UK for several hundred years now and used frequently by Jews to settle various types of disputes (only civil matters and not criminal matters).
Major advantage of the Beth Din is usually quicker and cheaper.
