Cool Vid, but you should never stand directly behind the hopper like that when its packing. while working in residential, we were packing a large tv, as we turned away from the hopper walking back to a pile, the picture tube exploded sending glass flying everywhere. Chunks of it struck one of the guys in the back. Just imagine if he were standing where you were. Love the vids, just be safe doing them. I love the equipment too, but please remember, garbage trucks can be highly dangerous!

i'll take that in mind.. when placing a tv into the hopper of the truck, most collectors place the face of the tv towards the hopper, preventing glass flyin out, when compacting the load

maybe, its a private company contracted to collect hard garbage....in the hume city council area

Yer... a driver told me they've sold all the old ones! Hope they have that ACCO JP6 atleast... any would be nice! They've only got JMs andd JP5s now... maybe kept the two Compaction Systems!

COOL! Just hope I can pop over to the URM depot one day and get some stuff of the old JP6's... that's if they still have them, I heard some have been sold!
