5:50 what I did instead of using the Deku leaf. I jumped from the big crate onto the statues, and jumped from statue to statue then jumped on the electric generator, then jumped off.

for 10:20 take out your bows and iht their eyes, they'll shut down hit their backs after the 2nd hit they go crazy and explode, just kinda avoid them when they do that
