  • students, high on alcohol and drugs, were hurling rocks into the road. Cars were swerving to avoid them. Debris littered the road. It was mayhem. Police made arrest: the person they held responsible for the disorder. Amanda Knox. Four months ago in Seattle, Knox was fined $269 at the Municipal Court after the incident - Crime No: 071830624 - and warned that any repeat of her behaviour would lead to much stiffer punishment.

I found this when I was looking up knox...

  • Yet her Aunt says that she would be so upset and mad if someone in the house killed a spider... hmmm...spider killing is wrong but endangering people's lives is ok? People do lie.. and right now everyone thinks the Italian court system is baised on lies... but would an american court system lie? I don't think so and when an american court systems arrest and set a fine for amanda just 4 months earlier to the incident in italy how is her family gonna defend her are they going to sayU.S court lied

  • #1 not all jurors in the US get sequestered. in fact you can have the option of not having a jury.

#2 "we see her bright smile. we see her beautiful face" wtf is this even supposed to mean? that good looking people are uncapable of murder? in that case ted bundy was innocent. I mean he was good looking and had a nice smile.

Im not saying she's guilty or innocent. But lets base this case on evidence. not on pretty smiles or beautiful faces. thats irrelevant.

  • Uh the knife probably had her print on it bcus what if she used it before js

  • @knals16 you are full of shit, she is a spoil girl, that think mommy&daddy could always protect her...

  • @sardar7 What facts from that website are shit? Is the Massei Report shit as well? Because I read the entire thing and I don't see any facts on that website that are untrue. It gives Amanda the benefit of a doubt, but just because it doesn't drip with the bias and far fetched guesses related to the motivations of the key players in this case that is present in the Massei report doesn't mean that it's shit.

  • Meredith's key was never found. Probably because Rudy used it to lock the door behind him and then ditched it somewhere along the way to Germany with his bloody garments and shoes. (Massei Report p, 104) He then ran out the front door, went disco dancing for a couple hours and hopped a train out of the country.

  • Rudy's dna was all over Meredith's room. Amanda's was nowhere to be found. Raffaele's was allegedly found on a bra clasp. Guede's Dna was discovered on the torn and bloody bra strap, his skin cells were found inside Meredith, his Dna was found on the clasp of her purse, mixed with hers. His handprint, made from the victim's blood was discovered on the pillow case. A bloody footprint that was matched to Rudy Guede is pointed from Meredith's room towards the door. (p. 43 and 44 Massei report)

  • Therefore something was stolen. Whether Rudy intended to kill her or not can't be determined, but after he killed her it probably occurred to him that he should ditch the cell phones that he stole from her.

Rudy was found with scratches consistent with a knife fight on three of his fingers. Neither Amanda or Raffaele had a scratch on them.

  • It assumes the break in was staged because nothing was stolen. However, Meredith's cell phones had been stolen and then thrown into the bushes. One of the items stolen from the law firm in Perrugia was a cell phone, the other was a stolen laptop discovered to be in Rudy Guede's possession after he was caught breaking into a kindergarten in Milan. (Massei Report, p45 and 46)
