Front Set

A skill for the beginners, probably the hardest skill to master.

1. Move under the ball and position the ball to drop in front of your forehead
2. Form both hands up in front of your face with a triangle, thumbs and 4 fingers apart
3. Stay low as the ball drop, make contact as close to your face as possible
4. At contact, push your arms and hands out hard until the ball left your hands
5. Make sure both hands are soft and make contact with the ball at the same time
6. Do not rush to contact the ball, wait for the ball
