when i was pregnant my mom would freak out if i reached out to grab something on the top shelf, shed say that it can cause the umbilical cord to wrap around the babies neck.... i cant imagine what shed say if id tried doing this.... :o

Lady in my child & birth & care classes I am taking now, she still does regular yoga exercise in her pregnancy not prenatal yoga, she doesn't recommend regular yoga if you have never done if prior to pregnancy.This is more if you have done if like FOREVER! Lol! Pretty cool.
