Indeed it is sad 'cornwall59', but the sight you see is biblical. Scriptures says in the last days Apostasy will set into the world. Men will be lovers of themselves and not lovers of God. Read the Epistle of Timothy slowly and carefully. Bless you.

This is so sad! Not the hymn so much; it's well done, but there appear to be a total of 30 people in the church, many of whom are elderly.
Admittedly, it may have been a Christmas eve midnight service, but even so,
it is clear that the number of those celebrating the
joy of Christ's return that the hymn celebrates may be far too few in number.

Its Church of England,Anglican, UK West Cornwall, The church is dedeicated to St Felicitas who was believed to be female & came accross from ireland.
