Simple solution... boycott the damn Bowl Games. Don't watch. If all the people that bitch every year about the system boycotted the games and didn't watch, the rating would drop from say a 20 rating to about a 4 rating. You don't think ESPN would talk to the NCAA and say they better fix this? Hell yeah they would. But we live in a selfish country. So asking people to actually make a sacrifice and not watch is too much to ask. So, people will continue to support something they hate.

I agree, Either have a playoff or...here's a thought, "Just DON'T have a national champion" Think about it. Just only have Conference champions...think of the marketing....Every champ could make their respective chamionship shirts and hats....

I think an easier solution to the college football playoffs is just having eight conferences, determine your conference champions like normal, and then having the eight conference champions in a tournament bracket. You can still keep bowl games for historical reasons, and have them be the quarter-final and semi-finals. By the end of that, there will be only one undefeated team and one champion.
