All bike frames flex, some more than others. This camera view/angle really emphasizes the sidwards flex on this frame though.

Thats why I cracked twice the rear triangle.... Trek Fuel sucks eheh... That's why I bought a different bike (Specialized Pitch).

Could you get a back shock for a hardtail mountain bike? Could you buy that separate and get your local bike shop to put it on? Cause I want full suspension on my hardtail mountain bike without paying 2000 dollars on a full suspension mountain bike.

No you can't. The rear triangle of a FS bike is a separated part joined with pivots, so it can move up and down. Hardtail rear triangle is fixed to frame, it cannot moves.
