@Armogohmafan By "cut" I mean trimmed the stuff he didn't need of picture.

@Welcome2TheSwamp What he did was record himself on the couch, then in front of the table on two different shots. He then cut the video of himself in front of the table and put it "over" the wideshot of him on the couch. The camera was kept the same way in both shots, and he made it so that everything in the room lined up. That's how.
