Can someone tell me why in the demonstration hes trying to stiff arm the guy coming directly straight at him. Never once have i ever seen someone do this

@Fvantagio15 nope, no fail look at guys in the NFL, some of their Stiff arms are Fast some are Slow.
I know what a stiff arm is. It is Usually a open hand punch with a raking motion. Or when a defender gets closer to you you stiff arm his Helmet or Body to buy more time to attain more yards.

@icecru2 fail...if you try to "push" the defender you will get tackled...a stiff arm is essentially a open handed punch, and if its timed right you'll knock the defender on his ass. and yes it is illegal for a ball carrier to grab the face mask of the defender.
