Because my car has the "fancier" version of the instrument panel. Mine has a tachometer as well as a speedometer. yours just has a speedometer.

actuall found out it is a 3.3l 160 hp... my bad lol

my 1989 cutlass ciera's speed and milage gage stoped working how much is it to get it fixed or whats the promble?, the alternator was bad and i got a new 1 o put it on tomarrow is that the promble? if u know anything about it please comment back

for 160 hp aint bad my car has like 220 tq stock and 200 hp with the mods so it jumps to speeds pretty quick
