  • @K7Z947 what helps me is explosivity. you hav to be cognizant of your opponents potential moves, then time your strike to capitalize on an opening. dont be predictable or telegraph what youre trying to do. angling to the side makes it infinitely easier to throw your legs up. also, never force anything. try, but if its not there, just move to another sub. you have to remember grappling is highly dynamic so be prepared to switch things up
