@theweasler: I think it is great that you gave this interpretation a second chance. I admit my first impression was butchery of the piece since I am so used to hearing it played in a sensitive and articulate manner, but then I realized that it was just my prior prejudice and in fact this has some great passion! the only thing I can't stand is that the video cuts out at 2:27. otherwise, the performance is masterful, so no complaints there! Wish the sound quality was a little bette too ...
