I'm not sure what do you mean but i think you dont have TRLE installed on your computer.
Type "Tomb Raider Level Editor" and follow a link to "tombraiderchronicles". It's a free download.

TR4 engine.
It lookes newer cause it modded. Outfits and some new moves and stuff like that. Its still the TR4 engine tho, and well, based on the original TR1 engine.

This is a great game! I didn't realise it was considered the number 1 game until after I beat it, I have to say, though, I was stuck on this part for a while...
