@Daventrev kites aren't as fast as sails but you can get much better air than on a windsurfing board. I have yet to see anybody get air while land sailing. Would probably be suicidal but it's pretty safe on water.

Are those windsurfing sails? Could you make a video showing how to build one of those or show what kind of parts they are made from?

No, you tack back upwind. Landyachts head into the wind better than yachts do.
