C4 WATERMONKS

C4 WATERMAN hosted a cultural exchange between team riders and monks from the Kingdom of Bhutan. These five monks from the Himalayan Moutains, had never saw the ocean before and this was a whole new experience. Two of the monks took to it and made for some serious wave riding. Music is brought to us by two bands.

AWESOME. I'm buddhist, and usually I see monks very formally, I'm so impressed that you got to witness monks be casual and having fun. I am jealous. Keep up the great vids

While I am not buddhist I certainly grasped the gravity of the situation and enjoyed the levity they brought with them. It gave me new understanding and appreciation for buddhist monks.
