Not true. We fish the Green all the time with lots of success. This trip just didn't turn out that way. But it really was true that the browns on that tailwater of Starvation clearly are in better shape than those in the A section below the dam on the Green.
We've never had a chance to fish the Green way up high in Wyoming, but might get to try that later this summer.
