@aqinthe With Rwanda though, that was their issue. They didn't "let" them die, they just didn't get involved. Could we have gotten involved? I think we could of, after all we are the WORLD POLICE..only when it interests us.

So they didn't only turn their backs and betrayed the Iraqi rebels, but also took away all the remaining guns. opening the way for Saddam Hussein to wipe them out.
