In an effort to achieve energy-aware computing, the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETH), and IBM today announced plans to build a first-of-a-kind water-cooled supercomputer that will directly repurpose excess heat for the university buildings. The innovative system, dubbed Aquasar, is expected to decrease the carbon footprint of the system by up to 85% and estimated to save up to 30 tons of CO2 per year, compared to a similar system using today's cooling technologies. Today's fastest parallel computing operations are capable of teraflop speeds. Scientists have begun to envision computers operating at petaflop speeds
True, BUT, who is going to build that many uberpowered test computers. No one. Now if you were networking these as a supercomp setup, you might have enough to use it in a home, or office. BUT, the amounts needed for high volume bathing, cooking, wouldn't be there. You could run the water out of the machines, into a copper floor radiant heat system. BUT, You'd need to insulate the ping system and use a very complex routing system too. NOT really cost effective. Sorry!

ok, thats depend of how many computers you have and how you make the cooling system.
But I don't think we need to waste anything, so this is cool!!
