Five years, four thousand dead troops, more than one million dead Iraqis.

And not only are we still waiting to hear what the "noble cause" is, but we have yet to hear a definition of victory, or how we'll know when we've achieved it.

What's happening in Iraq is NOT a war. It's an illegal occupation following the illegal invasion of a country that posed no threat to the United States.

Occupations are not won. They are ended. Which is why the Bush administration is calling it a war.

Please check out the links and pass it on. THIS INSANITY MUST END.

  • I worked for the VA

It is TERRIBLE what they are doing.

  • To say the least, Posh...Vets have to wait an average of six months for disability benefits, and an average of FOUR YEARS to have their appeals heard when disability is denied...NO vet should EVER be denied disability benefits. It's quite clear that all the military industrial complex tools pretending to be congressmen and senators are lying through their teeth when they say they have to keep voting to fund the illegal occupations of Iraq and Afghanistan to "support the troops."

  • on washington journal they were saying the total reported on msm DOES NOT include those that are injured and die once they return home or those that die in route to home. i cn't remember exact total, but i do remember it more than doubled what's reported

  • Thanks for the info. I've always figured the actual total was at least double whatever the "mainstream" media says. I've been searching for some documentation of the actual number. No luck yet. If anybody can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it. I'll do another vid with the real numbers...

  • Thank you for this video.I like your approach.

I don't know how to stay calm or refrain from swearing when discussing these topics.

I subscribe to the Real News too.More people should, they rely on grassroots donations, just throw them 10$ for their efforts to bring us the REAL news. please and thank you.

  • I'm certainly not immune to swearing, believe me (check out the vid just before this one)! I try to keep it to a minimum. Too much can take away from the message.

Right on with The Real News (dot com). People NEED to turn off their tvs and start watching them. They're just getting started and do need the donations. No commericals, no corporate funding, no government funding. Totally independent. They do an excellent job and will only get better.

  • I agree with you completely. Bush and Co. must stand for war crimes and treason. Their crimes go far beyond "merely" impeachable crimes. Yes, how many innocent deaths? I think the military terms those "collateral damage." I think suicide bombers take less "collateral damage" than our military does in a year. It is sad because I know many conscientious, good soldiers who have had to leave their military careers because they could no longer answer to voice of their consciences.

  • There's no noble cause for this war. It's a war for an oil pipeline corridor. It comes at the expense of the blood of the American soldier. The media is willingly complicit in the slaughter of innocents. If the state governors get a backbone, organize, and secede from the union, would it make a difference? It's my belief that the federal united states is corrupt beyond remedy, and the united states congress is plannng for the eventual implementation of martial law in America.

  • Good video 100% right! *****

  • I worked on the fiscal end, I am one disgruntled employee to say the least. they want people who are robots and they are 2.3 million over budget, they skimp on equipment, understaffed with nurses and they treat employees like shit...I tried making it a year and it was torture. I was in research and development end and they use veterans and CHANTIX was tested on veterans too and caused bad psych reactions. I seen the truth and hopefully they will not kill me for posting this but the VA is bad

  • Someone finally makes sense about all of this. No holds bar-- truth about the matter. Thank you John.

  • In the words of U2 how long? How long?
