Very Observant; Valentino was from Italy so most likely used those gestures from beautiful art that was around him, and he derived inspiration from them. Very Observant Indeed.

Hi Clare - stunning - amazing - fascinating! What a great work! He looked really like a Greek or Roman Godness...
Hugs to you and thanks for sharing!

@GraefinVonSalamanca Thank you so much! I can hardly believe such beauty and radiance existed in human form. He was truly a luminary.

OUTSTANDING!! Clare, your videos in this series are a work of art. I absolutely love them!! You always pair up the perfect photo of Rudy with an example of classical art. Your musical selection is excellent as well. This goes in my favorites. :-)
I have to say I never thought of Rudy as the god of war, more the god of love, but there's no denying the resemblance between the statue of Ares and Rudy. Then again, I do love Rudy when he's angry. :-)
Wonderful to have you back. :-)

@TheLadyMalfoy Thank you so very much! You're right, Rudy doesn't suggest the god of war, but when he gets mad, ohhhh brother! But then the intensity of his expression only heightens his beauty!
He is more the god of love, though, which is why I chose Cupid, and the epitome of male human beauty, which is why I chose Adonis!
Thanks again and it's great to be back!
