What an absolute idiot 1:14 The ONLY REASON this is REMOTELY true is because nowadays you can't do the same job that you could do when he was younger WITHOUT a degree. It has become a protractive system designed to make people like him richer. Job searches are now determined on the fact of weather you have a degree or not and NOT on your ability to actually do the job...as in the past.

You know while many foolish college students were drowning in debt while working part time at a starbucks, I was getting paid working as a graveyard security guard doing my homework at a higher wage. It turned out that after I graduated, I was not only debt free, but started my life with $40,000 saved in the bank. Become a security guard where you can just sit around and study all night and kill two birds with one stone!

Check out the youtube video "John Stossel Is College Worth It?" Here in the U.S. the biggest private student lender is Sallie Mae, a loan shark corporation that has destroyed countless lives. In some cases college hurts your job prospects because if you have a student loan default on your record some companies won't hire you.
