He is not on drugs! Many of the bands he tours with (including Neon Trees) said recently that all this tours are dry zones. Drugs, Alcohol, and party free. He doesn't allow that stuff on his tours. He has said in many interviews that he does not drink either. He has always been high on life. He admitted to doing drugs as a teen but he is no druggie now.
