I don't understand how they can have on all those economic experts and talk about the government and people in general needing to have more integrity by paying off loans ... while they keep running those ads that go something like, "If you owe over $5,000 on your credit card, call us ... you have the right to only pay a fraction of what you owe."

This does not mean anarchy in the streets . The government will come to our aid by utilizing the military to distribute food and medical support AND acting as the police to keep order . The Chinese are getting enormous amounts of money from us by the products they sell to us . China needs America to collapse as painlessly as possible so they to dont get caught in the collateral damage economically . All the world will feel the effects when America collapses . The trick is for China (and the rest of the world) to prepare so the damage is minimalized .
