  • beautiful exciting performance

    thanks!

  • @bmsimoes Of course, I'm only guessing here, but I think this performance was only intended to be broadcasted live on one of the French television channels (hence the French subtitles), and not published on DVD. The only place where you can find this performance of "Die Schopfung" is on eMule, which I think is where carosaxone got it from in the first place. I hope this helps.

This performance is truly outstanding, so I acknowledge why people want to have it in etirety.

  • @Entreprenante If you find it, let me know too!

  • Camera Lucida Productions have replied to my email and confirm that no dvd is available of this performance.

  • I've looked everywhere for this DVD without success; the copyright owner seems to be Camera Lucida Productions but it is not shown as available in their catalogue.

It was a co-production with France 2, so maybe they own it. I have to be content with my recording on videotape from a Sky Arts broadcast.

  • @rdwillcox I did some research and there doesn't seem to be one. Have you found it? I would also be very interested in it...

  • Hello, thanks for this upload. This version of "Die Schopfung" is really great. I wonder if you would be able to upload a new version without the audio problems that this reveals (it seems it was recorded too loud and the audio just clips off on the loudest segments). Thanks once again!

  • Where can I get a DVD of this whole performance?

  • Thanks for sharing this recording for the best composition ever.

    I like John Nelson.
