  • did you notice that between 0;17 and 0:20 one the xr6 turbo get flashed by camera

  • @FormulaVeeRacer1200 yeah i meant at the wheels, ill post some videos up once i get a decent video camera soon, my phone aint too great when recording videos.

  • @NikolaAU yeah no i getcha completely. u mean 364rwhp? so 270rwkw's? that pretty up there.. i say screw the gtr haha keep the gts-t. much more fun to drive. u may get a few more throttle bodies and another turbo but is it really worth the cost? throw a few sweet vids up.

  • @FormulaVeeRacer1200 Im not saying XR6 turbos are shit but i prefer them over SS's but i live here in WA were cars cost more in general more then there actually worth, i got a r33 gts-t which has 364 at the rears ill probs get more once i go with a high mount turbo to replace my highflowed turbo. Though im pretty tempted to get a r33 gtr and replace the gts-t as rb26 i tend to have a soft spot for them

  • @NikolaAU have a look on carsales xr6t plenty of 400rwhp+ for 15k and u get a newer reliable car. how many rwkw is ur skyline pumping out ? and if theres any concelation i love skylines haha was (-)this close to buying a 33gtst for track only.. but i decided to turbo my already quick EF falcon..(which i might add beats my mate 210rwkw gts-t from the lights lol without a turbo :D

  • @NikolaAU ok thats fair but how did u pick up a power fc for 350? but u still need a good 450 for a tune. turbo size is relative to capacity. mates rb25 gt35/40 VLT takes years to spool up and then only makes 230rwkw lol tubro cost him 2grand. and my xr6t is 1695kg skyline is still 1500 so its no a big difference..all im saying is if u want to go fast. buy a skyline. if u want a tough streeter with stock exhaust thats really really fast buy an xr6t. both are great cars.

  • @FormulaVeeRacer1200 Im not here to argue here which cars better, but if you look statitcally wise skyline is much better value, you can get cars which 400 at the rears all tuned regestired with permits etc for 12k. While on the other you can get a stock xr6 turbo. If you had only 12k to spend you could get a stock xr6 turbo or a 94 skyline turbo manual for about 6-6.5 and then spent another 6k and youd be packing some decent power.

  • @FormulaVeeRacer1200 Decent tune you can get for $350 thats how much it cost me for a power fc. Stock vs stock ofcourse its going to win, its running a GT35R/40 while a skyline runs a tiny t28 turbo. But remember you have another 300kg on you.

  • @NikolaAU 300rwkw without a tune i dont think so.. say hi to detonation, a decent tune is over a grand. Iv been racing for a few years now. was part of a 33 driftcar build and there was much more that 7grand spent on things like, cams, valve springs, vernier cam gears, all these little things pile up. it makes 270rwkw and goes hard but the money spent to do that.. yeah, my xr6t would blow it out of the water. theres a vid here on utube stock xr6t vs r33 comparo. xr6t is newer better car bud

  • @NikolaAU haha have a look on youtube there are many many 11 second xr6t's if u had 3.5grand to go from stock to 11sec's wouldnt you? u cant do that with a skyline its not the same car. my xr6t is quicker than a Nissan GTR.. what does that tell u? and 300rwkw for 7grand without tune. thats a joke. u would pay that prepping the motor for that power then u need turbo, plenum, cams all the good shit. Iv actually had a bit to do with the rb series so im not clueless. i think everyone will agree
