    yo tengo un problema para la actulizacion de mi bb 8520 y bo se que hacer cuando esta por cargar me dice que se ha producido un error en la descarga del software para el dispositivo porque que tengo que hacer por favor denme una respuesta ya lo e intentado varias veces

    Lo hice de esta manera y se quedo queda detenido en la copia de seguridad! ya llevo esperando mas de 1 hora y no continua que puedo hacer en este caso?

    intenta en el bb desktop manager, Dispositivo>Actualizar, Te aprarecera un mensaje donde dice que no hay actualizacion, entonces le das donde dice "Ver otras versiones anteriores" y aii te mostrara las disponibles para tu bb.. salu2
