no man, the one child policy is only a policy in mainland china, while the happy corner culture can be found in almost every east asian country or area, eg, in hong kong. actually i am a student in HKUST, where this video was made :p

Aaaaaa... I have also been on exchange on HKUST... Miss it! I noticed this strange tradition... And also they weren´t brave enough to talk to me... Blonde, swedish! Scary apperently!
