Wow amazing starting out with 200 want a cookie. Just shows how little you know. No matter how strong you are starting off with that much is not very wise.

  • Good lifts dude. I'm glad to see real lifts being performed. I saw a clip where a guy who weighed like 200lbs benched a fake 600lbs for about 20 reps and people commented on the clip as though it were true.

  • Thanks

  • you are benching massive weight, more than me, but this is NOT max-OT benching, it follows none of the max-OT instructions.

  • This was done at the end of 10 weeks on the Max-OT routine, I was just maxing out to see how much my bench increased after doing Max-OT. When I started I was getting 335Lbs.

  • This is in no way Max OT benching, impressive otherwise, but Max OT is 4-6 reps for anyone who doesnt know

  • That's not Max it that's Max out training lol

  • good job mann that's really good, and fuck haters keep it up

  • Nice lifting man! Very well done, keep on with that.

If you want to take an advice (even though I am not as strong as you are - my personal maximum is 345 Lbs): Try to control the downward movement more. Like many others you are kind of letting the weight falling down on your chest during the last inches. Try to control that even if it's very hard. I had to go back more than 40 Lbs but it's worth it.

I'm sorry for my bad english language skills, i'm still learning. Anyway - Keep on lifting!

  • that guys has massive tits

  • seriously, who says 135lb is the ideal warm-up weight? i warm up with 185lb. 135lb feels like a feather to me now.

  • @MulekeDoido6669 there is no FUCKIN way you can do 200 if you are 120 lbs... post a video.

  • All day, light weight... good job, keep it up

  • can't wait till my shoulder heals up so I can get back into Max OT

  • @MulekeDoido6669 you warm up with my cock.
