@swarze Really? If I offended you, I'm sorry...Truly, I am. I saw nothing that would have offended you and I just read both posts twice-but that's just me, certainly didn't mean to upset you. But keep in mind, you started with I DONT MEAN TO BE RUDE......what's that mean? That means you're sounding rude. And usually, that means someone MEANS to be rude too. I was simply answering your question, and giving you the TOOL to answer it as well. I'm no troll, but be careful how you reply to me
@0ptimyze OK, now I DO mean to be rude. It was a question. That's all. I am tired of faceless internet trolls going out of their way to be rude and mean spirited to other internet trolls. SO SORRY I didn't look it up. It was just a question. Wasn't an indictment against bestoluck, or you, or anyone else who read my question. It was simply that. Thank you for your illuminating answer and your smart ass reply.
@swarze I don't mean to be rude here, either. But this day in age, you have a Google box. All you have to do is research it, and you'll find he met Rosenthal before doing the movie. He knew Rickles and also worked with him. He also knew Sinatra before he (frank) passed. Again, I know it's a lot of work but switch screens and look it up
Oh wow the intro to Rosenthal's show with the camera backing out as the dice is being thrown on the Craps table is identical to the intro in the NBC show "Las Vegas"
Nice of them to give 'ol Lefty a nod. And does anyone know where I can obtain episodes of The Frank Rosenthal Show? Old VHS tapes? I'll be willing to pay cold hard cash for it!
@bestoluck1 Don't mean to be rude here, but how is this proof that DeNiro knew him? It is obvious that Rickles did and Sinatra. I don't see how that is proof of DeNiro.
THANK YOU FOR POSTING THIS I have never seen the show other than the remake in the movie, I cant believe how close this is to the one in Casino! They really nailed the characters, too
Wow, where did you get this? Now that's a piece of history right there.

This is great! Don Rickles & Robert DeNiro knew Rosenthal! Here's
the proof. DeNiro claimed, that he knew "Lefty"... Of course what's
GREAT, is both of them were in the movie "Casino"....
