you can use `host_timescale _______ ` use numbers 0.__ or any fom like 0.12 0.13 0.01

better & easier way to do it

Just open the console.

Type host_timescale 0.## (put 2 values here, I use 0.15)

then type phys_timescale 0.## (put same values here)

I binded mine to a key.
