only thing I would question is why bright white ,like a light ? I know what your gonna say , geese ARE white ...Yes they are but not at that height . if you watch some videos of migrating geese at lower altitudes they appear darker in colour in contrast at any time of day . So is it fair to say that the higher they fly the "whiter" they look ?....becasuse quite honestly I would have thought it would be the other way round .hmmm . Until further study I would have to remain neutral on this vid

Normally birds fly at around 3,000 ft , during migration however some can reach as high as 20-29,000 ft , so it's quite possible this was a migration of geese (being the highest altitude flyers) can fly as high as 29,000 ft . Where was this video taken and what time of year ??
