Josh performing the body weight challenge. This is where you do as many reps possible on bench press and pull ups with your body weight. Josh totaled 54 reps at 220lbs

  • he's kipping on the pull-ups and not going all the way down...go full-extension

  • Nice job, though when i've read the rules to this challenge, kipping pulls are not allow and they are dead hang. It's actually much harder that way.

  • Lol nice but i was shocked when i first saw the number 54 i tought it was bench only, if i can do 40 BW bench + 30 pullups than my total is 70?

  • They are all pull ups. The difference is grip. You have supinated, pronated, neutral, mixed grip, etc. Chin ups are just supinated grip pull ups. Supinated or neutral are probably the easiest. With the hardest beind wide pronated grip pull ups.

  • those "pull ups" are more like swings! cheating yourself. try it with toes pointing the floor and legs straight. probaly half the reps (at most).
