A portion of that is correct. But as I was advocating, that "self grown/use" marijuana can not be taxed. I haven't seen any corn from my small fields taxed, or any of my neighbors. (barter and trade) These things are only taxed when SOLD as a commodity like at maybe a farmers market or grocery store. Kinda like trying to tax someone for growing tomatoes in their back yard.
However .. they do have a water rights that prohibits selling something you grow using water from the land.

We will and it will be a long road.
It is only illegal because it is NON taxable unless it is manufactured by a "corporation" in commerce like tobacco and alcohol. It can not be classified as a "product" of commerce.
No commerce = No tax = No revenue

I never in my lifetime expected to see someone argue for smoking pot at the airport and I totally agree with him!
People are so used to alcohol and so biased against cannabis that they don't realize how rational his argument really is.
