Terrorists are illegal combatants, not benefiting from Geneva convention protections of any kind and may be shot as spies if the nation is question shoots spies as a habit.
There would be no Geneva infraction as they are not protected, no matter what this man child says.
Being on U.S.soil changes many aspects of the treatment of illegal combatant.

If we give Constitutional protection to mass murderers and child molesters, we can give Constitutional protection to people who are supposedly "terrorists" but haven't been proven guilty of any crimes. That's not crazy, it's smart.
