It won't let me post a link, but just go to croakies.com, and click on style finder on the top of the page. Hold up your frames to the mm chart images at the top of this page. Croakies go up about 2 inches onto the frames so measure the widest part of your temple. If they are between 6 &10mm, than I would recommend the XL, if they are only 6mm, I would go with regular Croakies. Hope that helps!
