    The era where media was starting to extend worldwide, but you still needed actual personal charisma, or a hell of a lot of real talent or genius otherwise. Computers? Animation? Whatever.

    I understand changing climates, and in each generation you're going to need new eye catching talents, but it's still nice to see the latest talent at the time pushing the envelope.
