I have an ibanez rg 370dxgp1 .... planning to switch from the crappy infinity pickups to active pickups ...dilemma ! . . . emg zw set or sd blackouts...looking forward to play good high gain stuff ...not very very deat metallish ...like gojira tone ...not to fuzzy and thin ...heavy rich stuff....also which ones are better for soloing and stuff ( neck pup wise )...both have a 9v aneessity right ? ...

i have a esp ec50 and rg370dx there fn to play im going to get a boss-gt-10 its like 500dollars i cant wait till it gets here go look a video up of 1 it blew my mind

nice!! what amp are u playing through? Im thinking of getting EMGs 81.. i also own an RG370dx, and looking for a new guitar but cant really afford one so thought of getting a new set of pickups

It's a Meteoro Demolidor ( brazilian brand ) ... emg 81 is very cool ... but i bought 2 dimarzio evolution for that guitar now...incredible ! i love steve vai too.. so... i put emg's on my les paul ^^
