yeah, I get it that Seal is a performer and in that sense an "artist" (like the guys who paint pictures of dogs playing poker are "artists") but other than that he's not particularly unique in what he does...and no, he's not on a level with these musicians. It doesn't matter anywy, this is old...

@jeffie131 You don't get it. They're all on that top shelf echelon. It's Seal's band, his concept, his sound, his compositions, his uniqueness, his leadership and his voice. We're not talking just technique here. It's about music as a whole. And I love Brian.

Seal never was nor will be on this particular group of musicians' level...he's ok but not outstanding

you are wrong, and the artistry of his body of work stands out on it's own merits over the last 2 decades. Check it out maybe before you slag a great songwriter.

seal is not in the same league as these supporting musicians... not saying he is bad, but if i was at this concert, i'd want him to leave the stage so i could hear his backing group improvise together..
