Hello from Ireland Cathy and welcome back. Love your videos and your off center approach to playing Clawhammer Banjo. Keep up the good work. Gav.

Cheers from down under Cathy. Great to see you back. Looks like Mexico agrees with you.

Hi, thanks for being back!

You are one of the best banjo educators! So glad you are back! Thank you for posting your videos: those are both inspirational and fun...

I'm glad that you put up another video. I am also glad that you put up tabs so that I have something to double check my ear with. I hope that you are enjoying Mexico, and spreding the joys of old time music down there.

Thank You, Lady, for this lesson, in my favorite tuning.
Always a pleasure to learn from you !

So GLAD you are BACK! I've been working into this by ear all week with a new mad single finger/double finger frailing. BOTH WAYS! I can't begin to tell you how much your videos push me to want to play more. I have actually been busting out some techno sounding three part stuff--alone! I'll send ya a link to yousendit if you'd like a few "samples". Much Gras!
I have never seen a bridge like that. Please tell me about it. Thanks

@sidewindermack The bridge is a minstrel-style bridge made by Bill Morris. I got it (from Elderly Instruments) because I wanted more "pop" from my Nylgut strings, and I'm very happy with it. It's all maple; supposedly the absence of the usual ebony inset makes the nylon strings louder.

Welcome back you have been missed. Great stuff on the right hand - I know it's not easy to get the camera angle, but it would be wonderful if we could see both left and right hands at the same time.
