Once again, here is my beautiful little sister playing Chopin E minor Nocturne. This is a really cool classical music video she directed and made. commercial grade editor--not movie masher. Name the city
I always think of Val Kilmer in the movie Tombstone when I hear this "you know... Fredrick f#@%ing Chopin"

wooh, for a grand, your piano does not sound that well, although your sister played this peace very well. But, your sister should try to give this peace a lot of dynamics. If she does that, she can make people sit at the point of their chair!

it's not our piano, she filmed this at a college in Ohio--if you've been to music school then you understand how bad some of those pianos can sound. this vid is also more than a year old--she's been studying with a Ukranian professor at her university and you should hear her play now. :)

I guess you are right, some pianos are sooooo bad. I myself live in Holland and play the piano as well, and once I had to do some kind of exam on a piano that had broken strings! Is there a way I can hear her playing now. When you have a great teacher, there is so much you can achieve in one year! (sorry for my english :P)Greetings from Jeroen from Holland!

The playing is great but i dunno, am i the only one creeped out by a brother filming a upskirt shot (3:47) of his sister playing piano?

Also in the description he says shes beautiful. I guess thats not so strange by itself but it adds to the leg filming part lol.

Very beautiful, passionate and emotional. All this seems full of intelligence and analysis. The emotion seems coming from a very logical building. The phrase and the touch is very precise and clear.

Beautifully played. The piano *does* sound like it needs to be serviced but since this is an older video I'm assuming you've done that. My piano had the same issue before we had it tuned, and it's 87 years old.

In any case, this is a difficult piece and she did pretty well. Parts of it felt a little too mechanical but as this is an old video, again, I'm willing to bet if you redid the video she'd do much better. ^_^

this is perhaps chopin's least celebrated masterpiece...

certainly it has influenced many new classical compositions....

you play with such power, and grace, thus the feminine approach is not something that is lacking...
